Salinas is one of the most famous beaches of Ibiza where beautiful, chic and trendy people mix and mingle with Ibiza’s jet-set. It has numerous restaurants along the beach, with a special mention to Malibu (+34 971 396 580 ), offering a wide selection of delicious food and great tradition. Also worth a mention is Guarana (+ 34 971 395 444) , also with lovely food and excellent service. Together they share a zodiac pick-up service to bring boaters to their restaurants.
Illetas West Shore
Quite possibly the best beach in Europe and one of the best in the world, pinkish-white sand and crystal clear waters for several kilom. High-level dining, such as that offered by the famous Juan and Andrea ( +34 971 187 130 ) where you can taste fish and paella in an unique atmosphere while stepping on fine beach sand. El Moli de Sal ( +34 971 187 491 ) , is another great choice where good food and good service can be enjoyed together with stunning views from atop the old salt mill. A relative newcomer to the Illetas restaurant scene, Beso Beach was opened in 2012 and is also highly recommended.
